Why Silver Grounding wires? How does benefits it you?
•Check your car’s existing grounding pts material, you will be surprised to see that it is the same as the material we are using. We follow strictly the sample layout from car makers so that it will not introduce any complications or side effects. We only want to maximum the existing electrical system of the car.
•Most of the grounding services only provide wires that are made of copper as it is cheaper and less conductivity. We are using silver which are better in term of conductivity.
•Silver has the highest electrical conductivity of all metals. In fact, silver defines conductivity - all other metals are compared against it. Because of this property, and because it doesn't spark easily, silver is commonly used in electrical circuits and contacts. Addition Information
As most of us know, most car makers in order to save cost will reduced the amount of grounding pts in the car as wires are expensive. Therefore most shops or grounding services does grounding with copper wires. Many people think of copper wires as something that has great electrical conductivity. But you will be wrong. Silver and copper are very different in terms of electrical conductivity and also copper wires are heavier in weight. The different between us and the others we used “Silver” earth cable

Don’t just listen to me. Just check your car existing ground pts and you will see that they also used silver earth cables for grounding purpose. I believe that the car makers know their work with the tons of research and investment in the car making biz. I am just following the sample layout by the car makers instead of adding in addition foreign/different wires which may introduce more complications or side effects.




Below is a sample of the testing we show to the owner after we finish the grounding. we will do a amp/current test to show that the wires are all connected/Live and running. In addition, we will grease all ur connection pts esp the +/- pts of the Battery with hi-temp grease so that it will not rust.(Rusting will cause the connection pts to decrease in current, as there are impurities)

Points to be taken, recently was help a bro installing his used pivot I noted that there are more and more Imations in the market now. Below is the attached drawing.



Just some pointers to share, capacitors for the RAIZIN show be “K” shape, not “T” or “-X”

In addition, the pivot products I selling have Serial No. so that if you are installing with me, I will copy down your license plate and pivot Serial no. for reference.


Take note that this is the proper way manufacturer recalling back products. Do not buy products that don’t offer serial no. as they will be most likely be Imations as there will be no way the manufacturer can recall which products are defects.

Introducing Goodspeed Cold Air Intake (CAI) Design for Stock Intake
(Honda, Hyundai, KIA, Toyota, Nissian Stock AirBox)



CAI will improve engine response, keeping the low end power with the stock airbox but increase power from the mid to high. In addition, Cold Air will burn more effient then Hot Air, we have also increase the size of the intake to have more air flow.

It is common understanding that if u change from Stock air box to open pod filter, intake air will be sucking in Hot Air from the engine bay, in addition, it will be very lagging from low to mid end power after installation. Best is to keep Stock air box if the car is still stock condition.

Advantage of CAI
1. Cold Air will be denser, in terms of air volume/capacity larger then hot air from the engine bay. Spark plug burns better.
2. Increase intake size by 20%, Maintaining the intake size constant from the CAI area into the air box intake.
3. Less bents and turns from the CAI hose than the Stock airbox allow the air to flow much more smoother and faster.

The principle of a Cold or Cool air induction (CAI) system is to deliver a higher volume of air to the engine. More air means more fuel-air mixture is burnt, thus allowing the engine to develop more power and torque.

Why more cool air? Cool air is denser and has more oxygen molecules for the same volume. to put it simply, by giving your engine cooler air, it is as if you are supercharging your engine with more oxygen.

how much difference can cool air make in your day to day driving? Well, driving on a cool morning or at night makes a significant difference in the engine response compared to driving on a hot afternoon and the difference in the ambient temperature is only 7 to 8 degrees.

Generally, most drivers can experience the difference in engine response. a standard fuel injection system uses an air intake temperature sensor to measure the air intake temperature and will respond to the signal it receives. when the air temperature is high, the ignition timing is retarded and air/fuel mixture is further enriched to the detriment of throttle response and usually, higher fuel consumption.

While the ambient temperature is one aspect of the higher intake temperatures, the location where your air filter box is fed with air does affect the intake temperature. if your air filter box takes air from inside the engine bay, then the air intake temperature can be exceptionally high. the air inside the engine is heated by the exhaust manifold and, when the aircon is switched on, the electric fans in the engine bay comes on drawing the heat from the radiator and aircon condenser. This turns your engine bay into an oven and increases the air intake temperature even further.

the inlet of the air intake in Car takes in superheated air from the engine bay just after the radiator fan, in front of the car battery. this air is further heated by the exhaust manifold. this system would be useful for countries with severe winters such as korea where temperatures can go below -0 degrees. Fuel atomization is bets between 10-15 degrees. However, this would not be useful in Singapore's high ambient temperature.

Our research has concluded that the stock air box has a relatively restrictive inlet, while the design of the air box maximizes the possible size that the incoming intake air can enter into the filter box in order to reduce pressure drop entering the box. Goodspeed CAI will air box will eventually have a cold air ram that matches up to the opening of the Stock Airbox to improve the engine response from Mid-high

Will the sound level output be louder than stock?

The sound level of this intake is slightly "Bassy", and approximately 2-3 db louder than stock. This increased sound level adds a bit more aggressiveness to the engine note, without being overwhelming or annoying in the cabin. Will be even better with mod exhaust!!

ADVANTAGES


IMPROVE VERSION.
By increasing the capacity of the condenser three-fold (compared to Blue RAIZIN), and decreasing both circuitry noise and high frequency impedance the results have been a more stable supply of voltage to all electronic devices, better gas mileage, and improved torque and audio quality.

A World's First: View Battery Performance via Lowest Voltage Display
Displaying two types of voltage, both real and Lowest Voltage (world first) at engine start makes it easy to see battery life and loss in battery performance. This also helps to protect against trouble caused by shortages in voltage to various electronic devices.



Display Method
After the engine has been started, the display will intermittently display the lowest voltage at engine start and the real voltage.
To prevent the battery from dying, the display will turn off after running for one minute.



Judgment Method
With a new battery or near new battery check the lowest voltage at engine start, if the voltage is reduced by a given amount it is quite possible there is a loss in battery performance and the battery should be checked.

What are the benefits?
You ensure minimise heat loss in the cold pipe meaning more cooling can be used to cool down your cabin
