share some Qs&As I had with the mechanic with all here . (1) *** My car is a bit "sluggish" during accelaration and also I
have to drop down a gear when I turn (still) engaged in 5th gear. The mechanic said he will do a diagnostics test on my car and to leave it there for 2-3 hours which I duly oblighed *** (2) Could I re-install my power amp / subwoofer and speakers from my previous car ? ANS : As long as I could get a " reputable " installer so that it won't void the ICE
warranty (meaning no short circuits !! ) . (3) Could I install the Ninja Filter/Air Intake which is approved by LTA ? ANS :
Yes, as long as it is LTA compliant. (4) FC is approximately 550-560km full tank driving @ 80kph. ANS : He will check
during diagnostics test.
*** After I got back the car, the drive was greatly improved. The engine seems to be more " responsive " than before
and I could feel the difference during accelerations. Now , the FC for full tank is approximately about 580-600km , an
additional of about 50km and during speeds of 90-100km/h. I dunno the " standard " full tank FC of the average Forte
and I hope someone could verify it here . Anyone here got more than 600km full tank ? By the way, wanna say "Thank You" to all who have contributed in this forum. I've read some interesting articles and input some knowledege.
